Brad J. Lamb is the presiding CEO of BJL Properties Inc. He built the company from the ground up, managing a diverse portfolio that includes residential, industrial, and commercial properties. Skilled in property acquisitions, operations, tenant management, and maintenance, with a focus on achieving solid occupancy rates, and controlling costs.

Since August 11, 2015 Krystal Bedard is the Director of Property Management at BJL Properties Inc., the property management division of Lamb Development Corp. With more than ten years of experience in the real estate industry, Krystal oversees a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties, ensuring operational efficiency, strong tenant relations, and the long-term performance of all assets under management.
Krystal began her career after completing a Bachelor of Arts in History at Glendon College, York University. She initially worked as an insurance broker, developing a strong foundation in risk management and client service before joining Brad Lamb’s team, where she quickly advanced within the organization. She later completed the Property Management Program at George Brown College, further strengthening her technical expertise.
Throughout her tenure with Lamb Development Corp., Krystal has gained extensive experience in building operations, property management, leasing negotiation, project coordination, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with Brad Lamb, she has contributed to the continued growth and strategic execution of the company’s management platform.
Krystal is committed to operational excellence, transparent communication, and delivering high-quality service to both tenants and property owners. Her focus remains on elevating property performance and continuing to shape best practices within the real estate industry.

With over five years of experience in the real estate and property management industry, Sabrina Dubblestyne is a dedicated and versatile Property Manager known for her strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to operational excellence.
Sabrina has focussed her career in residential and commercial property management. She has completed the Property Management Certificate Program at George Brown College, where she developed a comprehensive foundation in landlord-tenant relations, building operations, and portfolio administration.
Throughout her career, Sabrina has successfully managed diverse property types and has earned a reputation for her calm, solutions-oriented approach. She excels at navigating complex tenant issues, coordinating maintenance and capital projects, and ensuring that properties operate smoothly and efficiently.
Sabrina’s hands-on experience, paired with her strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly, allows her to deliver reliable, high-quality service to both tenants and ownership groups.
